Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Based in North America.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Technical background is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a successful Sales Account Executive in a startup, or similar role within the technology industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and driving sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of sales processes, strategies, techniques, and information systems (such as ZoomInfo, , HubSpot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data analytics, ecosystem management, air quality monitoring, or related technology solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Resultsdriven with a customercentric approach.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
