As Assistant to the CEO, you will work together with the Monde Management Team, and help manage the day to day operations of the company, in a position that blends administrative assistance with project management.


As a Corporate Assistant, you'd be responsible for:

  • Ensuring company communications are professional and concise
  • Organization for the office
  • Paperwork management
  • Keeping the company schedule and arranging meetings and conferences
  • Ensuring all projects are on track and meeting critical milestones
  • Policy review
  • Keeping and distributing meeting minutes
  • Ensuring that company strategy is followed
  • Make necessary phone calls to set up meetings
The position is part time to begin with, and could become a full-time position upon display of strong competency. Work is in-person; our offices are in a beautiful refinished former factory in downtown Liberty Village.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 20 per week

From $17.00 per hour
