Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Position is responsible for performing a full range of office duties including working in QuickBooks, Word, Excel. Duties include reception with answering phones and greeting customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 Years Of Directly Related Experience
  • Microsoft Office Skills And Expertise, Must Be Able To Type Quickly And Accurately
  • Excellent Customer service And Communication Skills In Both Verbal And Written Format, Good Command of the English Language.
  • Excellent Organization and Time Management skills with the ability to analyze and problem solve
  • Able to work independently in a facepaced, multitasking environment with great attention to detail.

Pay:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
