Job Summary:

  • Reporting to the Project Managers, the Project Administrator will provide administrative support to the project management team and facilitate the coordination for multiple construction projects._

Responsibilities:

- _Positively and professionally represent Reotech Construction and communicate effectively with the owners, customers, trades, and members of our team_
- _Provide administrative assistance to the Project Managers on several concurrent projects_
- _Update and maintain up-to-date logs for all project documentation_
- _Assist with review and preparation/submission of shop drawings_
- _Effectively utilize software such as Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project skills preferred_
- _Assist with the preparation of tenders and proposals_
- _Collection of documentation to ensure all trades/vendors are active and have appropriate certifications, etc._
- _Execute project close out_
- _Trade follow up as required_
- _Other duties as assigned_

Required Skills/Experience:

- _Post-secondary education in a related field, or business, is an asset paired with 1 to 3 years' experience in an administrative role (preferably within a construction environment)_
- _Previous administrative experience is required._
- _Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project with the ability to learn new programs when required_
- _Detail oriented, accurate and highly organized_
- _Ability to work in a high-paced atmosphere_
- _Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to express ideas clearly_
- _Highly self-motivated with demonstrated client service skills_
