Shift: 3:30pm-11:30pm
What's a day like as a Service Foreman?
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with Service employees to communicate shift goals, assign daily tasks, review daily safety requirements and share customer feedback.
Perform Quality Inspections of all PM & shop repairs. Provide immediate coaching to the apprentice and technicians as needed.
Review daily repair orders at the end of every shift ensuring time, task, and parts are accurate and immediately address any issues.
Provide recommendations to Service Manager and Branch Manager on shop tooling and equipment requirements.
Constantly strives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Complies with all Carrier Truck Centers' policies and procedures including Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Valid 310T Truck and Coach License for minimum 1-3 years
AZ/DZ license an asset
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Good working knowledge of Karmak/Fusion, and Decisiv programs an asset
Has demonstrated strong leadership and is able to motivate individuals in order to drive results.
Has the ability to adapt to daily changes and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Will be self-motivated, independent and a team player with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
Understands the importance of Customer Service and strives for excellence while demonstrating good oral and written communication.
Has a strong Health and Safety Focus.
Has strong knowledge of Cummins, Navistar, Isuzu, and Eaton would be an asset
