Accounts Receivable Analyst


Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for centralized Head Office accounts receivable functions, international sales administration, decentralized regional sales branch administration, monthly financial reporting and reconciliations, assisting with inventory quantity and costing accuracy, various analysis and project work.


Key responsibilities include:

  • International sales division administrator.
  • Assist regional sales branch administration across Canada in basic accounting and accounts receivable processes including collections.
  • Interact with customers and sales branch administration to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Prepare and maintain various reports.
  • Reconciling and analysis of accounts.
  • Preparing and posting journal entries.
  • Concur travel expense reports processing.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience with accrual based general ledger accounting and accounts receivable in a manufacturing and/or wholesale environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong understanding of Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Syteline, IFS, or equivalent accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.
