As an Assistant Manager at Captive Escape Rooms Toronto, your role will be multi-faceted. You will engage directly with our customers, ensuring they have an entertaining and memorable experience.

Your responsibilities will include greeting participants, explaining the rules, and immersing them in our captivating rooms.

You will also handle reservations, process payments, capture prisoner photos for social media, and maintain the cleanliness of the escape rooms and lobby/office area.


Additionally, you'll take on the role of the manager on duty for rotating weekend nights and holidays, working closely alongside the Toronto Manager.
