They are the first point of contact for those interested in renting a unit at a Colliers managed property.

Job Requirements:

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer skills

  • Strong sense of customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver a positive experience;
  • A clear and concise communicator, both orally and in writing;
  • Understanding of and interest in residential real estate, in particular multifamily rentals;
  • Positive attitude and friendly communication style;
  • Consistent professional demeanor as a reflection of Colliers brand to the public;
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in tracking information;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Excel and Word;
  • Experience and familiarity with property management systems and software considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

Provide quality customer service by answering incoming calls and providing information about our buildings.

  • Schedule appointments for customers based on availability.
  • Answer inbound calls for scheduled appointments based on availability.
  • Resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions with the proper escalation procedures.
