Knowledge of tank trailers is a must

  • 510 years experience with B620, trailer CVIP's and supervisor roles.
  • Ability to work as a team player as well as independently.
  • Must be flexible and able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proven ability to pay close attention to details.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Regular use of computer/phone
  • Ability to write and speak effectively one on one and within a group.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, employees, and superiors.

Responsibilities include:_

  • Instruct lead hands and mechanics.
  • Manage a service shop of 25 mechanics and welders.
  • Coordinate scheduling, work assignments, set priorities and delegate tasks.
  • Provide above average customer service.
  • Review and quote service orders, including accident repairs.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a service environment.
  • Prioritize health and safety through monthly meetings.
  • Evaluate employee performance through feedback, coaching, and formal evaluations.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager
  • Uphold high standards of workmanship and efficiency by overseeing staff, ensuring work aligns with established standards.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintains all department tools, and equipment.
  • Travel to customer work sites as required.

Salary:
$42.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
