Essential skills and experience required:

  • Must have a Gas Technician '2',

Must have experience working with Rooftop Units (RTU), Make-air units (MAU) Air handling Units, Boilers, and similar equipment.

  • Valid G2 driver's license required
  • Must be motivated to learn, a hard worker and a good team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must be able to do physical work involving heavy lifting at times, working on hot and cold conditions, willing to work indoors and outdoors
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new innovative HVAC technologies, work towards Gas Technician 1 and 313A.
  • Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting, English language.
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
