- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
- Assist with patient registration and update patient records
- Handle billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Join our team as a Dental Receptionist/manager in our busy dental office.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk as well as managing the whole office.
we already have one full time receptionist.We offer competitive pay, and opportunities for professional development.
