Visionpool Business Services is looking to hire an IT Technician in REGINA AND SASKATOON for short term contracts. Your main task will be preparing equipment like laptops and modems for technology-enabled voting locations in different urban areas across the province. Additionally, you will be responsible for offering remote assistance to users facing technical challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Windows 10
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of technological devices, software, and networking (especially WiFi and cellular technology)
  • Must possess a vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment, resolving common technology issues, and supporting users
  • Ability to precisely follow detailed instructions and procedures
  • Flexibility to work various shifts from Monday to Sunday
  • Able to handle and lift laptop cases (approximately 20 kg each)
  • Access to a smartphone for work purposes (Monthly reimbursement provided)
  • Background in call center operations would be advantageous
