A Folder/Gluer Operator is a reliable individual who is able to pay close attention to detail, follow and adhere to safety standards, with mechanical aptitude in order to analyze and troubleshoot machinery.

This operator will run and maintain the folder/gluer ensuring that production procedures are carried out smoothly so as to maximize efficiency.

This position is located at our Concord Facility.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible to setup and operate the folder/gluer machine and all accessories to required specifications
  • Coordinate machine setup and ensure other workers and the packing end of the Gluer is prepared for startup and operation
  • Ensure the machine runs smoothly, problem solving as needed (jams, running speeds, etc). Conduct inprocess inspections and make necessary adjustments to the machinery, reporting significant issues to the Manufacturing Supervisor
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and document appropriately

Knowledge and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • 3yrs experience running and maintaining a folder/gluer
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
Monday to Friday
6 AM to 2 PM

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$19.00-$24.00 per hour
