As a bilingual Communications Manager – Change and Operations, you'll be supporting key Operations communications initiatives and play a pivotal role in driving operational performance. This is the ideal position for a collaborative professional with experience working with operations teams and/or in the change management field.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, implement, support communications system for operational excellence;
  • Execute communications strategies aligned with Operations organizational priorities;
  • Create, curate, and publish content for internal audience (operations leaders toolkits, RIME program; Ops management presentations etc.);
  • Support major change management communications across Operations such as functional realignments, optimization projects, digital transformation etc.;
  • Act as a communications advisor to the Operations leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • Strong business acumen – You have the ability to anticipate the company's and the team's needs;
  • Process management expert – You can influence and interact effectively and professionally with a variety of key internal stakeholders;
  • Team player - You have a strong collaborative spirit and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Quality-focused – You pay a strong attention to detail;
  • Curious and creative - You have an entrepreneurial spirit. You are always on the lookout for trends in employer brand and communications;
  • Efficient and multitasker – You can turn your ideas into concrete projects, while respecting tight deadlines and budgets. You also know how to prioritize and you can coordinate multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Digitally fluent – You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. You are familiar with Jira and Canva.
  • Bilingual – Fluency in French and English is essential, given the international context of our teams.
  • Savvy communicator – You hold a university/college diploma in a relevant discipline, as well as previous experience in communications (5 to 7 years).
