Some of what you will do in this job is:

  • Assist customers with product selection, providing food pairing suggestions where appropriate
  • Receive orders, unloading pallets and stocking the sales floor
  • Educating guests about the product and what's behind each bottle
  • Maintain overall presentation of the store
  • Process orders at the cash desk, ensuring that each guest has an excellent instore experience
  • Complete warehouse duties (stocking shelves, stacking pallets, reorganizing the warehouse area, etc.)

Expectations of the Role:

  • Full time availability (45 days/wk) including evenings and weekends.
  • Wine education for staff, merchandising of wine categories, providing internal communication about stockouts, customer requests, store needs, etc (instore Wine Category Management)
  • Support with all store functions including cash register, stocking, and greet customers at the door.
  • Managing time effectively and completing tasks in a timely manner to keep up with a very fastpaced store.
