Responsibilities- Responsible for the strategic, creative and production work on accounts, including presenting work in a planned and considered manner
- Responsible for documenting and effectively communicating the outcome of all contact with assigned clients
- Projectmanages team throughout all stages of development to ensure the work meets client's expectations.
- Ensure strong leadership and direction, ensuring retention and service levels are excellent
- Responsibility to ensure that money spent delivers a solid ROI and is spent to build the longterm sustainability of the agency.
- Manage contractual relationships and fee negotiations and monitor contract compliance.
- Ensure a full understanding of the clients' business, industry, competitors to use this knowledge to add value to the client business.
- Define and articulate the strategic vision and direction for the client.
- Drive opportunity for the agency from all angles strategic, creative and financial.
