Behaviour Support Solutions provides long term residential support in residential programs and in community based settings.

Present search area is within the Cambridge and Kitchener-Waterloo area.


We are presently looking for skilled professionals, that are willing to work with individuals within vulnerable populations and provide them with outlets and opportunities to grow.


Qualifications
Minimum 4 years field related, full time work experience required.

College diploma in the human/social services field. Copy of Post Secondary Education Diploma

Comfortable to complete personal care on clients and complete activities of daily living

Willingness to work with clients in a variety of age groups with various needs.

Valid drivers license and abstract and Proof of 2,000,000 liability auto insurance required

Active First Aid/CPR certification or proof of registration

Active nonviolent crisis intervention training, or proof of registration. Preference giving to individuals with Safe Management Training

Cleaning and Organization Skills are required for this position, also the ability to accept feedback and follow direction and guidance from management

A current vulnerable sector clearance, or proof of receipt that you applied to get one completed at time of interview.

Rate of Pay $31.00 to $33.00 HR
- phone / video interviews to occur as soon as possible.

May require Proof of Double Vaccination may be required to work at certain sites and locations. Rapid Tests may also be required at certain sites and locations. Community Workers Rapid Tests can be provided to maintain safety in the community and reduce transmission when supporting clients.
