Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Front-End Multimedia Specialist - On-Site for our Federal Government client.

The following responsibilities are associated with the "Statement of Work" but are not limited to:
Services

The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services:
Under the direction of the Assistant Director, End User Technologies:

  • Provide onsite support of planned meeting events. This includes room set up, supporting
Microsoft Teams, Webex, and others

  • Host events with executive members
  • Assist with training members on office technology that the Bank Currently uses (Surface Hubs, Poly
X50's, Poly 30's, etc.)

  • Assist with creating training material for meeting room technology
  • Ongoing activities and deliverable, as required
Required Qualifications & Skills

The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • University degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated work experience in managing multimedia backend
systems

  • A minimum of three (3) years of recent demonstrated work experience with multimedia infrastructure
  • Demonstrated experience in creating user guides documentation
  • Demonstrated experience with meeting room technology
Additional Qualifications

The following will also be considered:

  • Demonstrated ability to organize effectively
  • Must be able to meet the Client's Secret Clearance requirements
