BeBee Professionals is seeking a Payroll Analyst for Financial Services to join our team in Whitby.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, as well as providing support to the payroll department.


The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in payroll processing, a strong understanding of payroll regulations, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

The candidate should also have a working knowledge of payroll software and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll regulations
  • Maintaining payroll records and filing documents
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll
  • Reconciling payroll accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll reports
  • Assisting with the preparation of year-end payroll documents
