As a mental health tech company with funding from all levels of the government, we are integrating technology into the therapy experience to improve therapist and client experiences and outcomes. By bringing together every element, from matching with a therapist, managing appointments, accessing resources, and tracking progress directly in the DiveThru app, we are modernizing the therapy experience. We're looking to add a Director of Marketing to our DiveThru Crew. As the leader of our marketing team, you'll drive innovative campaigns that amplify our mission to make therapy the new normal, blending creative vision with data-driven strategy. You'll oversee diverse initiatives, optimize performance through analytics, and extend our reach into new markets. Your leadership will inspire our team and shape impactful, cohesive marketing efforts that align with DiveThru's business, client and growth goals.

Your General Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle management of our marketing campaigns (web, social media, email, in-person, influencers, etc.), from the initial idea to implementation and completion
  • Craft and execute marketing strategies to support DiveThru's growth and expansion in current and new markets
  • Utilize data and analytics to recommend and execute marketing strategies against thoughtful quantitative KPIs
  • Identify and manage strategic B2B partnerships to increase our value and reach to clients
  • Conduct research in new markets to ensure our marketing strategies are well-informed and aligned with the unique traits of different area demographics
  • Provide continuous leadership, mentorship and development to the marketing team
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for the leadership team, detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations. Use these reports to drive strategic decisions and improvements in marketing efforts
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain a consistent brand voice and message, reinforcing DiveThru's mission and values across all touchpoints

Your Skills:

Our ideal candidate brings the following to the table:

  • 10+ years in marketing and 4+ years in a senior leadership position
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • A blend of creative and analytical skills
  • A data-driven storyteller who is comfortable working with numbers, analyzing quality metrics, and developing marketing claims
  • Experience with overseeing large marketing budgets on platforms like Meta, Google and other paid advertising mediums
  • Digitally savvy with experience using marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Canva or similar
  • Strong business strategy, project management, people management and leadership skills
  • Comfort working in the ambiguous and fast-paced world of start-ups
  • High attention to detail

Compensation

The total compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually.

Location

This is a hybrid position that will be based in Edmonton, Alberta.
