Position Summary:
The NExT Summer Intern - Postproduction Finishing will provide assistance and support to their assigned Production team, while gaining insight into core postproduction workflows, creative processes, and industry standards.
Main Duties:
A day in the life of this position may include:
- Assisting the Production team across the areas of material tracking (incoming and outgoing), project/session preparation, and delivery.
- Supporting the Client Services team with client and industry events, including fullrange setup and breakdown.
- Providing staffing and coverage for vault desk, reception, and front office as needed.
- Supporting studio cleanliness by monitoring bays and common areas for tidiness and upkeep.
- Shadowing Production team members and gaining exposure to the postproduction workflow and creative processes.
- Assisting with daily administrative tasks and special project as needed.
- Explore various career paths through interactive workshops and a guest speaker series.
- Engage in professional development to set career goals and build workplace skills.

Internship Details:
- Internships are paid, fulltime positions (maximum of 40 hours per week).
- Duration: 10 weeks (Late June to Late August)
- Internships based in studios will include up to 2 remote workdays per week.
- As part of the NExT Internship Program, interns will receive opportunities for professional development and participation in a guest speaker series featuring company leadership and industry experts.
