Position Function:

The Journeyperson Carpenter is responsible for completing assigned tasks efficiently and with a high attention to detail.

The Journeyperson Carpenter must be meticulous, eager to learn, a self starter and align with Stattonrock's core values and mission statement.

This position assists the Project Managers in all aspects of renovation and general construction.

Key Position Objectives:

  • Manage daily schedule, ensuring efficient and effective productivity
  • Use learned skills to execute projects to Stattonrock standards
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment by following and enforcing mandated standards and procedures
  • Framing houses for renovations and new builds
  • Analyze and understand construction plans and blueprints
  • Building foundations, installing floor beams, laying subflooring and installing walls and roofing systems
  • Fitting and installing trim, doors, stairs, molding and hardware
  • Measuring, cutting and joining materials made of wood or wood substitutes
  • Repairing and renovating wooden structures

$31.00-$37.00 per hour
