Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prioritize the executive's daily activities to optimize their time and productivity.
Ensure the executive is informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
Draft, edit, and review emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Arrange logistics for company events, conferences, and executive meetings.
Ensure all necessary materials and information are prepared for meetings and presentations.
Handle travel-related issues or changes as they arise.
Maintain accurate and organized files and records, both electronic and paper.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive and external contacts.
Represent the executive in professional interactions and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as requested by the executive.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
