Reporting to the COO, the body shop manager will be a key player in our ever-expanding service departments.
We are looking for a strong leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who is capable of building a solid team charged with advancing our body shop business.
If you are a customer focused professional with a proven track record and a strong knowledge of the service business then we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications:
- Management experience in a Collision Centre or service environment
- Complete understanding of the collision repair process including physical repair work, estimating, billing, insurance and customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to review and analyze financial statements would be considered an asset
Duties include:
- Play a key role in expanding and structuring a state of the art collision centre
- Lead and account for all aspects of the body shop operation
- Build and lead a strong team of technicians to operate in an efficient manner maintaining the highest standard of workmanship
- Build and lead an administrative team, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient and effective billing
- Address any customer issues or complaints to achieve timely and appropriate resolution
