Do you enjoy a front line administration role? Are you friendly, professional, and courteous? Then this is the job for you You will perform reception, basic accounts payable/receivables, and general office duties.
Responsibilities:
- Basic A/P and A/R functions: matching slips to invoices, providing G/L codes, checking pricing, and posting to business system
- General administration: sorts and distributes mail, arranges couriers, types letters and forms, conducts data entry, orders office supplies, and general filing
- Acts as the liaison for office equipment repair/maintenance and recycling program
- Provides back up to other branch staff such as service department billing,
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Ideal qualifications:
- 12 years of related office experience
- Professional and courteous phone manner
- Exceptional customer service
- Effective communication with varying levels of people
- Highly organized, accurate, and attentive to details
