Do you enjoy a front line administration role? Are you friendly, professional, and courteous? Then this is the job for you You will perform reception, basic accounts payable/receivables, and general office duties.

You will also have the opportunity to cross train for other roles in the service and rental department.

Responsibilities:

  • Basic A/P and A/R functions: matching slips to invoices, providing G/L codes, checking pricing, and posting to business system
  • General administration: sorts and distributes mail, arranges couriers, types letters and forms, conducts data entry, orders office supplies, and general filing
  • Acts as the liaison for office equipment repair/maintenance and recycling program
  • Provides back up to other branch staff such as service department billing,
check in/out of rental vehicles, and taking customer orders and payment

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Ideal qualifications:

  • 12 years of related office experience
  • Professional and courteous phone manner
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Effective communication with varying levels of people
  • Highly organized, accurate, and attentive to details
