This role offers a flexible 8-hour workday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

We act as the outsourced IT Department for businesses of all sizes, managing their technology needs and ensuring smooth operations 24×7/365.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads and engage in initial conversations to understand business needs and challenges
  • Schedule discovery meetings (First Time Appointments) for Sales Consultants with qualified prospects
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects
  • Keep accurate and uptodate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system
  • Register qualified leads for seminars and other events
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Continuously learn and stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and the MSP's services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT or technology industry
  • Recent (within the last 2 years) B2B cold calling experience (12 years minimum)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Selfmotivated and driven with a passion for sales and exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding goals and sales targets
  • Confident and goaloriented, comfortable engaging all levels of an organization (VP, C-Suite executives, and sales leaders)
  • Success in building longterm customer relationships by establishing trust and credibility
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of Managed Services and IT solutions is preferred but not required
  • Reside in the Greater Toronto Area

Salary Range:
