The TD Mobile Mortgage Specialist (MMS) sales team is responsible for acquiring new mortgage and home equity line of credit business within the retail banking channel on a national level. The goal is to attract new customers to the bank and contribute to TD's Real Estate Secured Lending volumes, profits, and market share.
The Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA) plays a vital role in supporting the Specialist and the MMS channel by handling day-to-day credit administration tasks efficiently, allowing the Specialist to focus on sales and business development activities.
What to Expect:
- The position is casual and reports to the Manager of MMS Assistants
- Receive day-to-day work volumes directly from your associated MMS
- Primarily remote position, working from your home office
- Flexible scheduling in collaboration with your associated MMS
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in mortgage/credit lending
- Advanced computer / technology skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized, self-starter, capable of working independently and multitasking in a fast-paced, competitive market
- Excellent time-management skills, meeting/exceeding timelines and SLA expectations
- High-level accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills, leveraging interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual in English/French
