You will be responsible for:
- MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
- Preparing, Managing & Processing all Listings.
- Preparing, Managing & Processing all Sales Documents
- Preparing & Managing all marketing materials
- Coordinate and schedule Monthly Team Meetings & take Minutes
- Drop off and pickups of material at affiliate offices
- At times, pickup/drop off signs/lockboxes/brochures etc at client homes
- Pay and file invoices from affiliates and save as required
- Managing social media posts/boosts
- Leading creative control and a taste for brand design and aesthetics.
- Strategize the team's social media strategy and maintain the team's social media calendar for all social channels, (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and be responsible for crafting and engaging copy and content.
Pay & Compensation:
- $21-$28/ hourly
- REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST (PAY DEPENDS ON REAL ESTATE KNOWLEDGE)
Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2+ years professional work experience in administrative work, or a related field.
- REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
- Be personable, honest, and interested in helping others
- EXTREMELY organized with attention to detail and comfortable with technology
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks and deadlines and projects.

$21.00-$28.00 per hour
