Job Overview:
As a Front End Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service at our establishment.

Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, handling cash transactions accurately, providing product recommendations, maintaining a clean front end area, and upholding food safety standards, serve drinks.

Collaboration with team members to ensure smooth operations and addressing customer concerns professionally are also key aspects of this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide topnotch customer service throughout their visit
  • Operate the cash register and POS efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products and offer recommendations as needed
  • Keep the front end area clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines when handling and serving food items
  • Serve food and alcohol
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain operational efficiency
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a courteous and timely manner

Experience:

  • Preferred experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role
  • Familiarity with cashiering or bartending is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using a pointofsale (POS) system is beneficial
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction calculations
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
