Duties:

  • The duties of shipping and receiving of all goods in accordance with SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures); including receiving of goods, shipping of goods, inspection of goods, equipment packaging, lot number tracking, MSDS provisions, carrier relations and arrangements and all related documentation.
  • Shipping and receiving processed and tracked through our ERP system and maintained on the Shipping & Receiving log.
  • Communicating issues or concerns to the appropriate department representatives and the Quality Regulatory Affairs Specialist relating to damages, shortages of goods as they are received.
  • Documentation of all nonconformances of parts "as received" following our QMS procedures and the QCBD system.
  • Ensure all procedures and policies pertaining to Shipping, Receiving, Safety and Quality are followed at all times.
  • Maintain the shipping receiving area in a clean and organized fashion at all times.

Duties - cont'd:

  • Review work instructions along with vital policies and procedures
  • Take part in onthejob training, overseen by your Hiring Manager
  • Demonstrate ability to meet the requirements of the job

Education Degree:

  • High School Diploma or GED
