Qualifications & Requirements:
- Postsecondary or Graduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Child & Youth Care, or equivalent education and experience in this field is required
- Experience with applied behavioral analysis, comprehensive functional assessments, as well as creating, writing, and implementing positive behavioral support plans is required
- Experience working with children and youth with special needs, trauma, Autism, FASD, and other developmental disabilities is an asset
- Reliable transportation and a valid BC driver's licence
- Clear Criminal Record Check (agency conducted, expenses covered)
- Effective written and verbal communication
