- Fluent in English and Cantonese (or Mandarin)
- Experience on the retail store work
- Able to work 16-40 hours per week
- Good at communication and learning, passionate in store work

What you are expected to do:
- Meeting personal monthly target
- Providing exceptional customer service to all of our customers
- Assisting customers by helping choose in-store products
- Providing prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers while making a sale, quoting, taking orders and/or checking availability
- Dealing with customer issues in a timely manner
- Completing inventory checking
- Other work assigned by store manager or supervisor
