Job Summary

Supports Sales, OEM customers, and partners with recommending solutions to match customer requirements and specifications.

  • Provide guidance and answer questions about product specifications, product selection, technical attributes, and commercial differentiators.
  • Prepare Engineered To Order (ETO) quotes against complex engineered specifications and applicable commercial terms and conditions. Prepare detailed scope and costs estimates. Establish selling price with sales management, following company's pricing and LOA guidelines
  • Liaise with other functional teams and customers to aid in the resolution of product performance and quality issues.
  • Execute process to setup new and update products in partner channel, including preparation of the required templates and monitoring progress.
  • Work closely with Product Management to document voice of the customer for future strategic initiatives
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as needed.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned or required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferable experience with blower equipment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting commercial operations (sales and customers)
  • Experience capturing customer requirements and translating them into recommendations.
  • Must have good presentation skills and experience interfacing with customers in a commercial setting.
