- GIS, SharePoint, SQL Scripting, QA, facilitation
Type

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
- Minimum three (5) years of professional experience in information technology.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Understanding of the approaches to systems development, integration and implementation.
- Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills with ability to build effective working relationships.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
- Experience with complex coordination and workshop facilitation
- Ability to manage small to medium sized working groups, including preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation, plans and schedules, and leading resources in all phases of the project planning cycle.
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with SharePoint implementation/upgrade is beneficial\
- Ability to read and write SQL scripts/code is beneficial
- Application development experience is beneficial
- Testing experience with enterprise software is beneficial
- Flexibility to take on a combination of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance (testing) assignments is beneficial
