About the Opportunity

Spending one on one time with residents to provide company, meaningful and appropriate conversation and support

Answering call bells and redirecting residents when appropriate

Supporting residents in recreation programming

Assisting residents with eating under the direction of nursing staff

Employee screening including measuring and recording temperatures

Promoting and enforcing social distancing protocols

Monitoring points of entry

Assisting with family visits, meal services, daily activities and other tasks such as using technology

Performing light housekeeping duties for residents (bed making, linen delivery, cleaning)

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
A post-secondary education, have valid CPR/First Aid training, Food Handlers Certification and/or experience working in a healthcare environment.

Previous work experience that is client focused, safety minded and covers a broad skillset.

Available to work shifts on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You are adaptable, friendly and eager to provide assistance where necessary.

A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
