Director of Brand & Content Marketing
In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
- Own organic growth end-to-end.
- You'll be responsible for hitting targets around organic leads, MQLs, and SAOs
- Lead brand campaigns across the funnel
- Partner with sales using ABM tactics
- Completely own the marketing website - especially the blog and other resources and execute our SEO strategy from both a content and technical perspective
- Partner with our Director of Demand Generation on conversion optimization across the website for a frictionless experience on funneling both subsets of customers through to conversion
- Build up a freelance bench of industry experts to execute top, middle, and bottom funnel content that drives qualified traffic
- Execute a series of whitepapers and other lead magnets to drive MQLs via organic content
- Lead partner marketing efforts, including co-marketing, blog exchanges, etc.
- Support other GTM functions including trade shows, BDR automations, lifecycle campaigns, etc.
- Relentlessly optimize. You'll build an iterative testing machine to continually improve performance
We're looking for someone who:
- Has an Extreme Ownership mentality.
- You're constantly thinking of new ways to hit your goals, cut costs, and dive deep into campaign performance
- We prefer 6+ years of experience in B2B Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation.
- A "roll up your sleeves" mentality - not afraid to get your hands dirty and execute while you're concurrently developing the strategy
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Strong proven writing skills. You can write a blog post or whitepaper from scratch if needed. Although you will have access to a freelance budget, there are times when you may have to and want to write your own
- SEO technical expertise. Min. 3 years. You can perform and/or execute an SEO audit and keep up with the evolving landscape to stay current and biased to speed and execution.
- You're willing to help out with projects outside your job description and can push things over the finish line quickly.
- SaaS experience is a must.
- We're looking for someone ready to do what it takes to help the company hit its goals.

- Experience in FinTech
- Startup experience within a fast-growth venture backed company.
