  • I am looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for my client in the Lanaudière region for a temporary 3 month assignment, with the possibility of permanent employment.

Your duties will include:

  • Perform accounts payable data entry
  • Receive, analyze and validate invoices
  • Manage a high volume of invoices
  • Perform 3way matching
  • Make supplier payments
  • Followup with suppliers
  • Manage cheques, bank transfers and multicurrencies
  • Other related tasks
DEP or DEC in accounting

  • Accounting experience
  • Bilingualism: French and English (an asset)
  • Resourceful
  • Versatile

What we offer:

  • Salary between $27 and $42 per hour, depending on experience
  • Schedule between 35 and 40 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule
