Your Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome customers and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Identify customer requirements and offer expert guidance on products in the hardware & tools department
  • Effectively exhibit and demonstrate product features, recommend complementary items
  • Assist in product marketing within the department including merchandise display, visual presentation, and labeling
  • Key cutting services
  • Stay updated on new products and their functionalities
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the department
  • Develop a basic understanding of all store departments
  • Stay informed about ongoing promotions and flyers
  • Operate a forklift when needed following organizational procedures and policies
  • Adhere to policies concerning loss prevention, product damage, and health and safety regulations
  • Fulfill other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
