Your ideas are our fuel.In your role, you will:
Support the operationalization of the latest version of Pacelab Mission Suite (PLMS) aircraft performance software.
Develop and troubleshoot data templates, results tables and assumptions to ensure accurate data output.
Develop and run test scenarios to validate output integrity and ensure consistency with previous versions.
Support Flight Sciences department in developing performance tables for new aircraft types.
Recommend calibration adjustments to align outputs with published data.
Support integration of low-speed aircraft performance analysis parameters.
Prepare aircraft economic analysis scenarios based on different regional assumptions and operational considerations.
Prepare performance "Ground Rules" for different types of airline operations (Low cost, Regional, Mainline) as well as types of operation (Domestic, International, Inter-Continental).Prepare reports summarizing activities and project updates.
QualificationsAs our ideal candidate, you:
currently enrolled in your second or third year of a Bachelor of Engineering program at a recognized university in either Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.a good understanding of aircraft interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
Must be fluent in analytical and problem-solving skills.proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products. Programming skills are an asset.troubleshoot problems and take without direct supervision.Position Details:
Located in Toronto, Ontario.
Hybrid working schedule.
