Core Competencies/Responsibilities:

  • Help guests make an appointment for consultation services.
  • Call to notify and receive customers, and properly arrange customers to pick up the goods from the warehouse.
  • Answer the phone and help guests inquire about the order completion progress and logistics status.
  • Promote all sales and incentives to clients
  • Able to communicate efficiently with clients and effectively diluting all issues.
  • Docking office affairs to ensure the effective delivery of notices.
  • Organize, backup, archive, etc. of company documents
  • Support the administrative needs of the office.
  • Meeting support, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above, more than 1 year of relevant work experience as a front office clerk.
Proficiency in using various office software such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
Excellent English listening, speaking, and written communication skills.
Good adaptability, a sense of service, and a good sense of responsibility.
Fresh students and interns are accepted, and there are opportunities for retention.
Have a sense of responsibility, a sense of collective honor, and professionalism.
Facing unknown areas, have self-learning ability and team spirit.
Work experience at the front desk or e-commerce is preferred.
