Front Desk Personality

Role & Responsibilities:

Front Desk Personality is responsible for the following:
Ø Greeting all patients upon arrival

Ø Check in patients for appointments

Ø Verifying all pertinent information (address, Health card, emergency information)

Ø Answering of all calls and returning phone messages

Ø Management of all incoming faxes to the correct departments

Ø Entering all patients into the Accuro database

Ø Collection of any patient payments for services

Ø Ensuring all paperwork for patients is completed

Ø Keeping work area and front desk/waiting room neat and tidy

Ø Ensuring all bills are marked paid and balanced at end of day

Ø Opening and closing procedures followed effectively and efficiently

Ø Assisting other assistants if necessary

Ø Phoning wait list patients and booking Initial Pain Consultations

Salary:
$17.00 per hour
