Role and Responsibilities

  • At the CAE Toronto Aviation Training centre, your will join a dynamic team, part of an expending training centre network.
  • Work rotating shifts and irregular hours to cover a 24hr/7day operation.
Reporting to the simulator maintenance supervisor, you will be required to:

  • Complete daily pre-training checks.
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Review discrepancies and determine appropriate action to clear discrepancy.
  • Perform daily visual setup and calibration.
  • Perform regulatory requirements (QTGs for recurrent qualifications, pre inspection checks etc).
  • Brief / debrief flight crews on daily simulator status.
  • Make customer specific configuration changes.
  • Enter and keep current deficiency reports in database."
