  • Performing routine property and site inspections and carrying out necessary maintenance tasks.
  • Executing preventive and demand maintenance duties such as chemical treatments, filter changes, lubrications, and more.
  • Inspecting, operating, and repairing various equipment and systems including boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and more.
  • Monitoring electrical systems and responding to alarms promptly.
  • Conducting minor repairs and ensuring energy efficiency.
  • Operating all equipment safely and in compliance with regulations.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Building Environment System certificate or relevant trade license.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Building Operator in facilities maintenance.
  • Strong technical skills in building systems.
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Capability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
  • Ability to bend and lift items (under 30kg).
  • Valid driver's license.
