Schedule:
HYBRID (2 days in office)
Work with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper progress and financial tracking and reporting of the projects and programs.
Manage and maintain project tracking systems, documentation, change requests, and on-line collaboration spaces.Prepare management indicators, progress reviews and documentation relating to the monitoring of the project Track project finance and analyze information to define problems and formulate recommendations to Project Management Team.
Manage project management processes and systems.Perform project initialization.
Perform monthly financial analysis and support project review cycles.
Manage change requests and scenario-based analysis.
Implement changes to project finances – manage data and systems.
Support risk tracking system.
Execute project governance.
Evaluate cost/schedule/performance key performance Indicators.
Analyze discrepancies between the estimated, actual time and cost spent on a given project.
Produce project/program review documentation.
Ensure proper project documentation and communication.
Produce or manage the client's required documentation.
Produce commercial invoices.
Bachelor's degree in administration or in job-related field.
Project management certification is an asset.
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project planning and control.
Relevant experience in an industrial environment.
Ability to manage one's time and multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Program management, MS Project and ERP environment experience an asset.
Fluency in English and French both Oral and Written.
