Bittele Electronics is a well-established and growing electronics company. We take pride in being one of the leading electronics manufacturers in Ontario, Canada. We serve customers worldwide but mainly in USA and Canada.

With production facility in China and Canada, we are securing a strong brand and reputation in low volume Turn-key PCB assembly in the EMS industry.

We require a Quotation Specialist to help us meet our yearly sales targets. Salary is dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing quotes for clients based on their project requirements.
  • Work with the BOM pricing team to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
  • Support the seamless processing of client orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including record maintenance, PBOM generation, PO Data entry, and correspondence management.
  • Maintain organized and uptodate client accounts, orders, and communications documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Help manage client accounts, updating information and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of account reports and presentations.
  • Working with crossfunctional teams to resolve all clientrelated questions and concerns.
  • Stay updated on Bittele's services and capabilities to provide informed assistance to clients.
  • Quotation Evaluation
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Technologist or technician diploma in an Electronics Technologist, Technical or Engineering program, and/or past electronics industry experience.
  • Knowledge of schematics and PCB design.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills with a technical mindset.
  • Strong skills with ERP software, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Publisher would be an asset.
