Currently hiring a part-time service technician for 8-10 hours per day starting out at a couple of days a week; with potential for full-time hours.

Job Purpose

Perform service and installation of fitness equipment with our growing team of technicians servicing the Atlantic provinces.

Responsibilities:

  • Fitness Equipment Installation installing treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, strength pieces, etc
  • Preventative Maintenance cleaning and diagnosing equipment
  • Parts Diagnostic and installation diagnosing and installing required parts
  • Interaction with suppliers to get proper part numbers/pricing
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and plan tasks
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Written abilities essential for preparing and submitting accurate reports on time
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs
  • Other duties as required
Qualification

  • Valid Drivers License
  • Grade 12 Minimum
  • Safety Contentious
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Flexible Hours
  • Ability to use Microsoft/Google, mobile phone, PC, Outlook
  • Repair, maintenance and installation in mechanical/electrical field an asset but not required
  • Travel to customer locations within assigned territory; may consist of some overnight stays

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

Salary:
From $17.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
