Responsibilities:

As a Mechanical-Electrical Assembler at Net Zero Water, you will be involved in various stages of our manufacturing process, including:

  • Kitting of parts for multiple projects
  • Assembly of bases and frame uprights from mechanical drawings
  • Integration of pipe fittings, filters, pumps, and control panels onto assembled frames
  • Assemble, install, and test various components according to applicable drawings
  • Perform inspections to ensure components are installed, tested, and match drawings
  • Conduct water pressure testing on various Rainwater Harvesting systems
  • External wiring of control panels and components
  • Operate a variety of machinery, such as threaders, band saws, grinders, and drills
  • Package equipment to meet shipping requirements
  • Assist with shipping arrangements for Rainwater Harvesting systems

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multifunctional team
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working with mínimal supervision
  • Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Postsecondary education completion is considered an asset
