Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the various aspects of the supply chain planning processes. Their main role is to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
Principal Responsibilities
Gathering and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the supply chain. Evaluating DC and lead time performance. Monitoring inventory levels and implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Collaborating with various departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment across the supply chain. Identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-saving measures to enhance supply chain efficiency. Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on supply chain metrics. Assisting in the development of supply chain strategies and tactics based on market trends and business objectives. Utilizing supply chain management software and tools to analyze data and streamline processes. Participating in cross-functional teams and projects to support overall business goals and objectivesQualifications & experience
University degree with a specialty in Supply Chain, Computers, Data Analytics or Engineering Other useful credentials and training include CPIM and Lean manufacturing 2+ year of relevant supply chain experience, preferably within an industrial manufacturing or CPG environment; or relevant transferable skills and experience Strong analytical ability, good judgment, and problem-solving skills Customer focus, with the drive for results Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to interpret large amounts of data; high attention to detail Experience with data visualization and analysis using Power BI desirable Adept at working in a fast paced environment Strong communication skills, both written and oral Experience with supply planning software desirable (especially SAP-IBP)IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant's accessibility needs due to disability.
