Who are we?

About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Setup, install, configure, and maintain all hardware devices, including PCs, laptops, printers, servers and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware and software issues reported by endusers
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including, but not limited to: such as Exchange, Teams, and Azure
  • Maintain network security by setting up and managing firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures
  • Ensure network connectivity and internet access are always available to all endusers
  • Implement and maintain network backup and disaster recovery plans
  • Conduct regular maintenance and updating of the hardware and software infrastructure
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals (internal and contractors) to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's computer systems
  • Maintain inventory records of all hardware and software assets
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Postsecondary education in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in systems and network administration and Microsoft Office 365 administration
  • Working knowledge of network and security protocols
  • Excellent problemsolving, troubleshooting and analytical ability
  • Proven team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrate willingness and interest to learn RPG programming

Location: 159 Roy Blvd, Brantford, ON, N3R 7K1 (On-site, 5 days a week)

Hours of Work: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
