This is a full-time position, and we are seeking individuals with high energy and eagerness to learn. Experience in dealing with customers is mandatory. We offer hourly wages. Supplied uniforms and great benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with their pool and spa needs. Chemical, parts and accessories.
  • Product knowledge
  • Testing pool/spa water. Recommend the appropriate chemicals & accessories.
  • Showroom floor merchandising
  • Showroom cleanliness & daily checklists to complete.
(Training will be provided in all necessary areas)

  • Assisting in retail operations maintaining product levels, searching for new product, showroom cleanliness.
  • Problem solving such as customer complaints and supply shortages.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Previous experience as a supervisor in a retail environment is an asset
